You can choose between a double bed and two single beds.

All bedrooms have a balcony. Some overlook the Puerta del Sol others overlook the Cúpula Lounge.

- How many storeys does the building have? Is there a lift?
5 floors. There are 2 lifts (elevators) with a capacity of 8 people each and 1 service lift.
- Is there air conditioning in the rooms? Does it work all year round?
Yes. Air conditioning from April to October; heating from November to March. There are also radiators in the bathrooms.
- Is your hotel adapted for the handicapped?
Yes. Both the cafeteria and general services. There is a disabled toilet at reception. There are two bedrooms adapted for the disabled.
- Can you keep my luggage when I leave the room?
We can look after your luggage all day at no extra cost. Please consult reception for lengthy absences.
- Is there a safe place to park my car? How much does it cost?
Parking spaces around the Puerta del Sol: Plaza del Camen (nearby), Sevilla, Plaza de Benavente, Plaza Mayor and Plaza Descalzas. 24,70 €/ day.

The neighbourhood is the best and most charming in Madrid and Spain: the centre.
- I am travelling to attend a trade fair at IFEMA: will it be easy to reach from your hotel?
The Metro is the fastest, most comfortable and cheapest way. There are trade fairs with free transport from Calle Gran Vía.
